When my consumers order from me, I log on to the Blue Distrib Information System:

If I have a website, I interface it with BlueDistrib’s System

Otherwise, I download, configure and use BlueDistrib’s tools

I can also directly call the Merchant Service which takes care of everything for me

I prepare my orders and deposit the parcels in the required lockers or at the sub-urban logistic’s platform of BlueDistrib

I am informed as soon as my client takes off his parcel, and the team of BlueDistrib keeps me up-to-date on the level of satisfaction of my clients.
Thanks to this service, I will improve my sales revenue because my clients will be able to order from me even if they are not available to collect their parcels during my opening hours
I offer a larger service to my clients by allowing them to collect their costumes, shoes, ordered books… even if it’s late or that I’m closed
I then avoid accumulating my products which would be collected at the same time on Saturdays;
